R 7-11 window systems, any comment?

Sounds like they are using heat mirror or similar. Cahnces are that the G-value will be a on the low side. Pultruded fibregalss, provided that the frame is insulated also can deliver a good window (thei technology was used on the Smith House, the first PassivHaus in the US.)

Just keep in mind that these are not metric R-values, so you have to multiply roughly by 0.17. European manufactures stopped using Xenon as it simply is too expensive as a cavity gas, so price wise this would be interesting, too.
